Each plan includes two x 3-hour visits each week, focused on emotional support, nourishment, rest, and household help - tailored to whatever you need most that day. Groceries are an extra cost calculated together based on your specific dietary desires and restrictions.

1 Month Support Plan

1 x postpartum planning session (antenatal)

8 postpartum visits total (2 visits per week, up to 3 hours each)

2 Month Support Plan – 5% savings

1 x postpartum planning session (antenatal)

16 postpartum visits total (2 visits per week, up to 3 hours each)
$2,280 NZD (normally 2400 NZD)

3 Month Support Plan – 10% savings

1 x postpartum planning session (antenatal)

24 postpartum visits total (2 visits per week, up to 3 hours each)
$3,240 NZD (normally 3600 NZD)

Additional hours or visits can be added at 50 NZD/hour.

FIFO Parent Support – Antenatal & Postpartum Care

FIFO life can mean long stretches of solo parenting, missed milestones, and holding a lot on your own. This offering is designed especially for parents whose partners or main support people are away, to help you get through those tough weeks.

I offer genuine support that adapts to your roster, your energy, and whatever season you’re in.

This support may include:

• Antenatal check-ins during solo weeks to prepare emotionally and practically for birth and postpartum

• Extra emotional support when your partner is away or returning home

• Warm, nourishing meals and snacks for the day, plus meal prep for the days ahead (locally sourced organic ingredients, tailored to your dietary needs)

• Space to process pregnancy, birth, or the emotional load of solo parenting

• Light household help and tidying

• Baby walks or errands so you can rest or have time to yourself

• A calm, non-judgmental presence and friend

• Candid, natural photos of baby and everyday family life

• Flexible scheduling to align with FIFO rosters, and longer hours as required.

Support can begin during pregnancy and flow into the postpartum period, or be used specifically during weeks when your support person is away.

Each plan includes four visits per week, of up to 4 hours focused on nourishment, emotional support, rest, and light household help. This is always shaped around what you need most that day.

Groceries are an additional cost, calculated together based on your preferences and dietary requirements.

If someone you love is pregnant, postpartum, experiencing loss, or navigating a major transition, you can gift my services to them. This can be a beautiful way to support a friend, sister, child, or loved one who lives far away, or to offer practical care when words don’t feel like enough.

Gifted support can be used toward any of my offerings, including postpartum care, pregnancy support, abortion care, fertility support, or grief support. I’m happy to work with you to create a package that feels thoughtful, respectful, and aligned with their needs.

I am based in Central Auckland, and I am available to travel around the country and internationally to provide in-person doula support.

If you are located outside my local area, I can travel to you provided travel, accommodation, and related expenses are covered. Travel support is offered on a case-by-case basis, and I’m happy to discuss what would work best for both of us.

My services while travelling are priced at a base rate of $500 NZD per day, with final pricing open for discussion depending on the length of stay, type of support required, and travel logistics.
